Individual Coaching

Single Coaching Session

$75 per session (1 payment made up front)

A focused 60-minute call to untangle a single challenge and leave with a clear, actionable plan. This option offers flexibility and no obligation for future appointments, but does not include out-of-session support.

The Transition Reset

$750 - 4 sessions (2 payments)

This package includes four 60-minute, bi-weekly sessions. The client will take an online assessment relevant to their issues and receive the full results and other tools to support progress (as appropriate).

Next Chapter Transformation

$1,500 - 10 sessions (3 payments)

This package includes ten 60-minute bi-weekly sessions. The client will take an online assessment relevant to their issues and receive the full results and other tools to support progress (as appropriate). In addition, they will receive unlimited email support.

Personality Assessment

$40 (1 payment made up front)

Client receives assessment and full results for their review and use.

$60 (1 payment made up front)

Client receives full results w/30-minute briefing about the results without committing to coaching sessions.

Mending Life Coaching Services offers in person (San Antonio and surrounding areas) and online training support for your workplace. Standard titles offered are listed below. Customized training comes at an additional cost.

This service includes:

1.     Customization: A 15-minute alignment call with their HR manager or business owner to help select from trainings currently offered or determine if a more tailored training is needed.

2.     The Content: 60 minutes of high-value instruction based on the Mending Life Framework, followed by a 15-minute live interactive Q&A session.

3.     Take-Home Value: A downloadable, branded 1-page PDF summary to send to participants.

4.     Attendee Limits are firm: Client will be billed for an extra $10 for any additional personnel over original number agreed upon.

Standard Training Titles

  • 20-70 employees - $500-$750

  • 70-150 employees - $750-$950

  • 150+ employees - $1,200-$2500

Other

  • Customized Trainings topics can be created specifically for clients and presented by Mending Life Coaching Services- $300. This fee is in addition to the fee above.

  • This option allows the client to record training and use the Mending Life Coaching Services Intellectual Property indefinitely as they see fit- additional 50% of original fee.

Personality Assessments

  • Includes online assessment with results provided to each employee. The full training session to explain results to the workforce is listed above. The testing fee is $30 per employee.

**50% deposit paid upon confirmation of services with balance paid within 30 days of final service.
